This song is an old one...very popular with our old fans from the 1980's and 1990's....I (Texas Joe) dont remeber much about how this song came about...I believe Eloy and Noe came up with the lyrics..its been sooo..long ago...but I came up with the musical guitar riff...I know its not olde than 1986 maybe 1987...because I remeber the influence for this song was The David Lee Roth album Eat um and Smile..album I think it came out in 1986..and we The Valles Brothers @ the time wanted a fast type hard rocker song like the songs on this album...at the time this album made a huge impression on us...so we wanted to go with the flow...ha ha !
The song was recorded finnally in 1990 or 1991 @ McCrummy Sound Studios in Hacienda Hieghts California ..with engineer Steve McCrumb ...on a 24 track Otari 2 inch Tape Machine..on A sOUNDCRAFTSMAN BOARD OR AN aLLEN & hEATH BOARD BUT IT WAS AN AMAZING enGLISH cONSOLE AND IT SOUNDED FANTASTIC ! .the masters sound amazing even to this day...Steve was an excellent enginneer..both he and his wife were very nice to us..!
looking back we wish we would have had more money to record more songs with Steve...but thats the way things were back then Studios were expensive !
